All FPL customers and all rate classes are eligible to participate in the program whether you own or rent your residence or business. The monthly subscription charge and subscription credit rates are the same for all rate classes.
The program is available throughout FPL’s service territory on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to subscription availability.
